Outlook 2003 - viewing multiple calendars..

I set up the calendar view to show multiple calendars as
I mange a number of resources.
However every time I restart Outlook 2003 it has closed
down all the other views except my own calendar!
How can I stop this happening?
It was fine in Outlook XP as long as you did 'log off and
exit' but there is no such option in Outlook 2003.

Thanks
Andrew

If you open the calendars in separate windows, they should stick, but
unfortunately the multi-calendar view does not stick between sessions.
