I think Outlook 2003 should support sharing calendars between multiple users
on the same PC without havin an exchange server.  This way my wife and I
could put our calendars side by side and not have to make duplicate entries.
We use an ISP email account that does not use exchange.

If you are using Windows XP,  just put the .pst file in the Shared Documents
folder and point both users to that .pst file for use.

I don't think this will work Milly,  as outlook need to put a lock on
the pst file when it opens.  My wife and I use separate account on the
same computer, and we can't find a good way to share a calendar
either.  Any suggestion will be great.

The goal is that we can both view the calendar and if I put an entry
in (e.g. kids soccer game on Sat) then it will show up on hers..
Currently I have to email the entry as an appointment and she has to
accept it in her calendar.

Google has a good calendar system. Unfortunately it is not Outlook, but hey
it may help!

Hy Bruce.

I am using ShareO to share my outlook with coworkers on other computers. I
think this tool is capable to share Outlook data even between different
windows accounts in windows, or Outlook.
You should try it. You can download it from:
