Is there any way to make a single entry on some "main" calendar in
Outlook and have it appear on everyone's calendar? Specifically, when
next year's holiday (time off) calendar is decided upon in the 4th
quarter of the current year, one suggestion was to enter each day
someplace in Outlook and have those 12 or so days appear on everyone's
calendar.

Thanks for the help,

Charles
