I am currently using MS Outlook via an exchange server.
I have set up the email delivery method as a Remote mail
setup, and am using the calendar in the Remote PST file.
My question is: How can I synchronise the Remote mail
PST and the Exchange server mailbox calendars? I need to
do this so that others in the company can see my calendar
for scheduling meetings. Currently all they see is an
empty calendar.
Secondly, how do I synchronise the PST calendar with a
PST calendar on another machine? (i.e. Laptop and
desktop) The calendar can be changed on the laptop OR the
desktop.
This is similar to what PDA's do to synchronise
themselves with a host machine.
Any help would be appreciated.

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions. Why are you using a PST file? It just causes problems, including the one you're encountering.
