Hi.  I have a user who has Office XP and whenever she is
sent invitiations to meetings, her invitations are always
shown as an hour before the actual invite time.

I have checked her local clock and it is the correct time
and time zone.  What else can I check to determine what
is causing the time descrepancy when she gets sent a
meeting invitation?
