When I enter an appointment in my PC then activesync to my
pocket pc the appointment is an hour later on the pocket
pc. In the opposite direction it it put an hour earlier.
I have checked the time on each device is the same.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Check your daylight savings time settings in Outlook, Control Panel and your
PPC.
