I got a new PC and have successfully moved all other data from old pst file
to new one. How do I get ALL past and future data from "Dave's Calendar" to
the default Calendar? Right now it is a sub-folder and I cannot get reminders
etc. The import/export prodedure does not work when folowed stap by step.

Do not import or export.  Display the calendar in a table view, select all
and drag them to the new calendar.  Or, right click on the calendar header
and select Copy Calendar.
