Using Winxp Outlook 2003-Exchange 5.5.
Our legal dept needs to schedule everyone (400 users) for
ethics training. They want users to select from provided
specified dates and times of training - approx 15 people
per session. Does outlook provide a way of messaging or
calendaring an event that can be sent to 400 people for
each user to select the date of their choice - post that
on a shared calendar with their name - set a reminder for
them and provide a single location for legal dept to see
who will be attending each session? It may not be
possible....?

If you sent an E-mail using Voting Buttons (hopefully you don't have 27
dates), would that at least get you closer to then sending a meeting
request?
