Somehow appointments were entered in the calendar while the time was set on
central time.  When I reset it to eastern time, all appointments move an
hour...I do have a Palm that syncs with outlook, so I thought if I could
delete current appointments and resync from the Palm I could resolve the time
problem...but I don't want to mess up times on the Palm!  HELP!!!

Display your calendar in a table view (categories works well for this),
select all and delete.
