How to delete a calendar from the other user's foler list?

Hello, I have accesed a couple calednars of co-workers
that I no longer need. However, when I go to file/open..
the list of calendars of others are still here. How can I
delete these names?  Thank you.

How do you do this on an exchange 2000 server???  I just wnat to remove the
users that are no longer being used by one user, I don't want to reset
everyone's
