I am using Outlook from Office XP, and trying to share my
Calendar & Contact folders with my assistant, who is
using Outlook from Office XP Small Business.

When I sent the invitation to my assistant, instead of
being able to accept, my assistant was asked to set
up "Net Folders" on her computer.  When following the
instructions given in the original email, we discovered
that the add/remove program feature didn't allow the
option to set up net folders.

I was hoping that somewhat could help with this.  Thanks!

Outlook 2002 doesn't support Net Folders. See
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011477571033.aspx for an
article by Outlook MVP Eric Legault on various ways to share Outlook data.
YOu'll also find a list of third-party sharing tools and other information
at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm.
