Hi I would like to create a 2nd calendar automatically. IE when an
appointment is made in one, it automatically enters in a 2nd calendar
folder.

Not natively, you would need to use a 3rd party tool for that. Check out
www.slipstick.com

If the 2nd calendar is configured with an email account, you can invite the
calendar to the meeting and it will automatically add the appt.
