MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / September 2004How can I import Calendar data
I have a user who who is the owner of a new shared calendar that is accessed by many members of the office. She would like to import all the entries from her calendar to this new shared calendar so that she does not have to type all the entries over. Is there some way to do this? I have tried import without any luck. Thanks Sal Simplest way is to view the calendar by category, select all, then drag and drop all the appointments to the new calendar.
