My Saturday & Sunday show up split on-screen and when
printing out a monthly calendar.

How do I seperate so that there are 7 seperate blocks
rather then combining SAT/SUN?

I went to Tools|Options|Calendar Options and I have all
my work weeks selected with my week to start on Sunday.
But it still doesn't work?

View, Arrange By, Current View, Customize Current View, Other settings.
Uncheck the box marked "Compress Weekend Days".

If you're using a version of Outlook older than 2003, the menu options are
"View, Current view, Customize Current View, Other SEttings".
