In Outlook 2000, if there was a event on a public calendar and you wanted to
copy it to your personal calendar, all you had to do was click and drag it.
In outlook 2003, when doing this, it moves the event from the pulbic calendar
to the personal calendar.  What's the best way to copy the event into the
personal calendar?

Ctrl +drag should work fine.
