how can i get outlook to let me view calendar & contacts together?

i need to have my calendar visable with contacts. In short, i need it to
work like i'm using a rolodex, appointment book and notepad. I've looked
everywhere, had to puter experts out and still can't find the answer. I don't
need to share with anyone or send e-mails,ect. I just need to schedule
appointments from my client list onto my calendar......any help would be
WONDERFUL!!! Thanks

Open two windows. Right-click either folder and choose Open in New Window.
