I am trying to determine if there is a way to copy the contents of my bosses
calendar onto my calendar.  I do not want to add an additional calendar to my
folder, I just want to quickly copy all of his calendar appointments onto my
calendar.

You can export your bosses email to a .pst file then move them into your
calendar.
Or, you can export to a CSV file and import into your calendar. However,
using the CSV will lose recurring calendar data.

Copy the items, not the folder. Starting with the By Category view or
another table view will make this easy.
