I have seen seval online calendars that allow one to click a date, get a
description and then have an option to dowload a reminder to your own
Outlook.  Is this a feature of Office that is free to use or is it a pay
add-in module?  Would anyone know how I can do this?  I am part of a
non-profit organization that could benfit from this featue to get more folks
to our events.

Any ideas are welcomed!

Thank you,

Lori

The online calendars are a feature of those web sites, not of Office. The
ability to open a calendar file in the Internet iCalendar format is a
built-in feature of Outlook. You can create such files by using the File |
Save As command in Outlook.
