We upgraded our network to Office 2003 this summer and now
all of our Outlook calendars are viewable by everyone on
the network.  In prior versions we selected Delegates and
gave them permission to view calendar items on specific
individuals.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?  We
are also using Exchange 2003 and Outlook Web Access in
case this is important information.  We have a major
confidentiality problem with all staff having the ability
to look at an administrators calendar.

This sounds like permissions for the parent container for your users in
Active Directory are set too loose. The Exchange administrator should
investigate.
