How do you delete old Calendar Connections?

When you hit >file >open in the pane on the right there are 3 options above
the line, Selected items, other users folders & Outlook data file.  Then
below is a line and under that is a numbered list of Calendars that have
been opened starting with 1, and then 2 and so forth.  How do you remove
unused entries in this section?
