How do I set "Always use local calendar " option in Outlook 2002?

I am having a wireless sync problem with my PDA that may
be traced to this calendar setting.  Unfortunately, on
Outlook 2002, this setting doesn't appear in the location
it's supposed to (tools>options>preferences tab, calendar
options).  Is this setting located elsewhere in Outlook
that I haven't found?

Thanks!

Outlook 2002 doesn't have that option.
