free/busy publishing with web hosting email server

We have a web hosted email server and do not use the
Microsoft Exchange Server. I've been trying to set up our
calendars to publish the free/busy info to make scheduling
meetings easier. I cannot figure out what address to use
in the "Publish at my location" box. Please help!

I also have tried to get this to work. I have been unable
to get it working using FTP...

where User is the username of the account and Password is
the password associated with the account.
Click OK three times to close all dialog boxes.
