My boss and I maintain separate calendars, however, there are occasions where
certain items I book on his behalf need to be entered on his calendar as well.

I can't seem to figure out how to do this other than manually re-entering
the information I've already place in mine.  I figure there's got to be a way
to either copy the entire appointment or automatically save to both his and
mine.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Try Ctrl+drag to copy from one folder to another.
