I'm importing a whole bunch of calendar entries from Excel
2003 into Outlook 2003. The entries import properly, but
even though the "Show Time As" field is correctly mapped,
all of the entries appear as "Free," even if designated
as "Busy" or "Tentative" in my spreadsheet.  Any idea as
to how to import some of them as "Tentative" or "Busy"?

I figured it out.  Instead of entering the
words "Free," "Busy," or "Tentative" into the spreadsheet,
enter numbers instead: 1 = tentative; 2 = busy; 3 = free.
Just in case someone else wants to know.  Thanks.
