Appointments re-appearing reminders

My boss and one other co-worker have Appointment/Reminders that pop up every
morning. These are from events in the past. Every morning they click on
dismiss all, yet they reappear the next morning. Help!

I forgot to mention that we are using Exchange 2000 and Office XP with
Outlook XP.

Try starting Outlook via Start - Run and type this command :

outlook /cleanreminders
