Good Morning Everyone, I'm curious about the new version of Outlook. Will this new version be able to synchronize public calendars(folders) with personal folders for PDA? I have to use 3rd party tools to get this down with Outlook 2002, and I'm hoping the new version will allow this. I'm also currently using Exchange 2000, will possibly upgrade to the new exchange also. Thanks! Anthony Smith In God We Trust! That functionality has nothing to do with Outlook and everything to do with ActiveSync. Sorry. No advances in Outlook for PDA synchronization. However there are a good number of tools out there for PDAs to sync multiple message stores. The new version of Outlook doesn't sync public folders with personal folders. Sorry.
