I have a user running outlook 2003, When the user starts
outlook each day he is prompted with a recurring reminder
from September 15th. When we try to delete or postpone
the reminder we receive a response from outlook stating
the following.
Can not turn off the reminder, you may be reminded again,
you must enter positive duration.
I have tried to delete the recurring appointiment and
have recreated it with no luck in resolving the issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Scott Cornell

Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.
Start->Run->Outlook.exe /cleanreminders (note the space before the /)
