send out email for meeting..voting buttons to accept or decline another receptionist is getting the replys as well. she does not have anything to do with this meeting, nor was she on the invitee list, no rules is setup for this other person to get a copy of the email. The other person used to be the receptionist, not anymore. She could be setup as a delegate on someone else Outlook or the exchange server could have an auto forward setup.
