appt's dont show up!

i have Off 2003 and Dell Axim Pocket PC. for some weird
reason, appt's are showing up on the Axim and not on my
Outlook Calendar?? It spuratic. Some appt's go to both,
others end up on Axim but not my PC (Outlook).

I have seen this the opposite way (in outlook, but not
synched to Pocket PC), but never this way. When i try to
beam appt from Axim to Outlook it fails...

Any suggestions short of reloading Office 2003 and
creating whole new connection to Pocket PC??

On you PPC Activesync options for the calendar, how do you have it set to
sync? What do you have set for the "master?"
