I just started having this problem recently. I am not sure if I changed any
of the settings or anything else.

Whenever I get any meeting requests, they come up as an email and there is
no Response Toolbar where I can Accept, Decline, etc. I tried adding the
toolbars from the View-Toolbars menu but the Response Toolbars are inactive.

Please help as I am losing some important appointments.

Thanks.

Outlook versions? -- yours and the senders'. Are you working in an Exchange
environment?
