Just wondering if there is a way to color code
appointments. So when quickly looking at the days meetings
I can quickly see which appointments are critical and
which are not critical.  Thanks for your time.

Outlook 2002 and 2003 have labels that you can assign to appointments. Open
the appointment and use the Label drop down.
