How do I save an entire calendar to an external drive.  The directions in
HELP only allows me to save one event.

You can create a new .PST file, copy the items to it, and save that .PST to
the external drive.  To copy all items in a calendar folder, switch the view
on the folder to an unfiltered table view like By Category, then select all
(CTRL+A) and right-click and drag them to the new .PST.  You will probably
have to create a Calendar folder in the new .PST if it doesn't have one.
