Is there a way to make Outlook retain a selection of multiple calendars?  We
have executive secretaries that must keep track of four different calendars.
Every time Outlook is run and the calendar view is selected, it defaults back
to the empty calendar in the user's own mailbox.  I want Outlook to retain
the option displaying the four selected calendars at once.

Outlook 2003 does this.

I am using Outlook 2003 and it defaults to the single calendar located in the
user's mailbox.  The calendar that is actually used is located in their
personal folders.  I now know that I can remove the inactive calendar from
the list, but it still doesn't solve the problem of retaining the multiple
selection of calendars.

So there's no Exchange Server?
You might find something on slipstick.com.

No and it's a popular request.

Thanks.  Since it is such a popular request, has Microsoft indicated any
desire to include the feature in a future update?

We haven't heard anything either way - we only know that they are looking
into it. I don;t expect it in a service pack for ol2003 regardless, only in
a new version.

Any new news on this feature? We would like to have Outlook 2003 remember
multiple calendars. Any suggestions??
