Im wanting to create a new appontment from my shared contacts to shared
calender, I have set the tab for New appointment with contact but the
appointment appears in my personal folder.

Do you know how I can change the default so it shows in the Public calender?

Hope you can help

You can't. You have to move the appointments where you want them after they
