Public Calendar for Outlook 2003

I want to create a firmwide calendar wherein everyone puts all
calendar dates in one common calendar with the ability for all to view
and add or delete.  Does anyone know how this is done?

Are you using Exchange server? You can create a calendar folder in the
public folders store that everyone can access.
