I have been asked by my boss to set up the following.

Send an email to all staff with a number of tasks for the
following year (say AGM Preparation in Nov, Role Profiles
in Feb etc).

When the email arrives he wishes it to automatically
become there tasks and throw up a reminder on the
appropriate days - i.e. he doesnt want the receiver to
have to go in and automatically set dates for each action.

Is this possible?

thanks in advance

Test this out first.

In order for this to work, you would have to setup each
task separately (as if you were setting it up for
yourself) set the date, time and message.  Then you would
have to assign the task to the people you would want to
see it.  Each task will show up on the time you want your
people to be reminded of it.

Hope this helps. good luck
