Is it possible to have the calendar appointment (event?) form contain the
fileds necessary to add the clients name and address right from the
appointment window?  We typically start at the appointment form and would
like to use this form to capture contact info into the contact folder.  Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Yes, you can create custom forms to do this. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm and
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/appointmentform.htm. Note that if you want to
actually create a new contact from the information, you'll need to write
code behind the form to do that.
