My wife is using Outlook 2000 .  When she creates an appointment and invites
me as an attendee, it shows up in my Outlook 2003 inbox as a plain text
e-mail like this:

When: Wednesday, September 29, 2004 10:30 AM-11:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern
Time (US & Canada).
Where: anywhere

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

What is the problem?  How do we fix it?

She needs to force Outlook Rich Text format when sending - right click on
the addressee and select properties->send using RTF.
