Hi I am wondering if it is possible to have appointments show up based on
preset conditions.

I am trying to make an online calendar using outlook to show availability of
4 holiday units.
I fill in the units when booked, ie unit 1 booked name, I would like to have
a recurring appointment saying unit 1 free that only showed up when unit 1
was not booked.

Thanks Tim

Not possible natively but it might be a programmable feature.  Try posting
in a programming group for Outlook to see if someone can give you a head
start.
