Cannot Load Reminder Service

When I open Outlook I get an error about Cannot load Reminder Service. I am
sure thats why I get no reminders but how do I fix this?

Close outlook, at the Start menu, Run type
outlook.exe /cleanreminders

if you still have problems, try
outlook.exe /resetfolders
