I occasionally miss early AM meetings because they aren't highlighted as such
on the calendar view and only have a 15 minute notification time.  I'd like
to be able to set a global reminder saying any meeting occuring between say 6
am and 10 am, i'd like a reminder the day before and the color different on
the calendar.

you'll need to set the reminder when you create the appointment - you can
easily change the reminder by typing .5d in the reminder field.

Yes and no.  Unfortunatly, when you set the reminder like that, you forfit
the fifteen minute reminder before the meeting, which is also very useful.

That method is also inconsistent across all of the meetings, 9am meetings
will show up at 9pm the previous day, 2pm meetings will pop up at 2am.

Basically, I'd like to add a second reminder for a set time, not a relative
time.  It'd be nice to set a criteria (like all meetings before 10am get this
reminder automagically), but even setting it manually is acceptable.

Outlook doesn't offer two reminders - set it early, then change it to 15 min
before instead of dismissing.
