I was wondering if in Outlook Calendar, you can place a task on a certain
day, and see no evidence of that task in your running task list, until that
day arrives...

This is the perfect question!  Well in my view anyway.....  I'm a time
management/productivity trainer and that's exactly what I think we all need
to do with Outlook!

Here's how:

Use the 1 day view of calendar.  Then set this: View, TaskPad view, Active
Tasks for Selected days.

Always set the start date as the day you want the Task to appear on your
daily TaskPad.  The Due date's the day before when it will go Red.

As an example, make a Task with a start date of tomorrow and it will not be
on your list today!  Perfect.
