Is there a way to print out calendars with just one category, or to exclude a
category; i.e. print a calendar with just business category appointments or
just personal appointments?
I did see how to not print appintments marked as private but could not see
any way to do the above.
Thanks in advance

yes, you can create separate filtered views and apply and print each one in
turn.
