I have a personal calendar and a call calendar for my practice. I want all of
the information from the call calendar on my personal but not all the info
from the personal cal to the call cal. How do i do this? I saw in a previous
post about using the by category view. I tried that but could not understand
how to accomplish what i wanted to do. thanks for your help.

View the Call Calendar in By Category View (turn on the Advanced Toolbars to
see the view window).

Highlight all the appointments you want to copy from this Calendar to your
other Calendar.  Drag them to the other Calendar using your RIGHT mouse
button.  When you release the mouse to drop the items, you'll be asked to
select Move or Copy.

That's it.
