I i create a meeting.
if others want to view my free busy space in outlook, they should only see
if i am busy or not.No information about whom i have the meeting with etc
should be displayed.

hello milly,
WHen someone else id scheduling a meeting, and if he goes to check
my free busy information he should not be able to see my information apart
from if i am busy or free etc..
