Old Calerndar Appointemnts

Hello All,

I have a user (executive) who is looking for old appointments(Oct. 03) in
his calandar, but there is nothing. Is this old data purged??? Is there a
setting I need to make to have this info visible???

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

He probably has auto archiving turned on. Take a look in the archive.pst
file and you will find it.
