I am deploying outlook client to my site which they are not using outlook as
their main email tool.  However, some users are using outlook as their local
calendaring tool.

How can i migrate those calendar when we deploy the new outlook?  their user
name will be created under AD and mailbox will reside in Exchange server.

Once the Exchange server is up and running, the users can drag all their
calendar events from their personal folder calendar to their Exchange
calendar.

Easiest way to do this is to change the calendar view to By Category so that
they can Select All and then drag.  (you can't Select All in a "normal"
calendar view.
