It seems that each time I open the monthly calendar view - the current week
is at the bottom with the preceding weeks above.  Is there a way to set the
view such that the top week is always the current week?  I really don't care
about seeing past weeks and appointments - what is very helpful is to be
able to see the upcoming 3-4 weeks in the view.  Maybe I'm just missing
something very basic here - but I'd appreciate any ideas.

Thanks very much.

I agree!  This is really annoying.  My monthly view just shows the month.  WHY would I want that???  I want to see one month's worth of weeks, starting with this week, so I can see what's coming.  Outlook slavishly reproduces a paper calendar on my PC, including the annoyance of having to flip to next month just to see next week.  Helloooo?  Who cares about the appointments for last week, or 3 weeks ago?  They're GONE

Isn't there any way to fix this?
