I am trying to find a way to email the calendar to certain
people.  Is there a way to save the calendar as a file,
other than a .pdf file, in order to put it as an
attachment into an email?  Or is there any other way to
accomplish the same idea?

Holly,
You can export (File - Import/Export) the calendar to a
PST file and send it to the other users, however they
would have to add the PST file to their profiles in order
to read it (probably not a good solution).
Are the users on your network? If they are you can give
them access to the calendar in question and then they can
open it via File - Open - Other users folder.

Just noticed something. I have OutlookXP, not sure what
version your using. In OutlookXP you can select the
calendar folder and then File - Save as Web page and
follow the prompts. If you just want a picture that'll
work as well.
