Print one catagory of tasks at a time

I have a customer with about 10 different catagories in Outlook Tasks. He
would like to print or email one catagory to me, and each of the other
catagories to their prospective recipients. He wants to use them as a preview
for the next meeting he holds with each of us.

Have him Define a New View that filters out the other categories, then print
it.
